| Greetings from Las Vegas, Nevada |

| I know how proud Apollo Hospital is of its joint accreditation and affiliation with John Hopkins Medical. It is an achievement that you should be proud of. |

| The suites were spacious and provided excellent comfort. The furniture could use some cleaning but overall my daughter and I were pleased. Her meals from the attendant's menu were tasty and well prepared. The air conditioning in the room kept us both comfortable despite frequent blackouts. |

All of the doctors were courteous, friendly and answered my questions. Dt Kriplani and his team looked after me extremely well. Besides the highest degree of professionalism, I was cared like a family member and I was always comfortable because of the personal attention that I received from Dr Kriplani and his team. Despite so many associated comorbidities, I was still able to leave New Delhi in the usual 9 days time frame The nursing staff was the best I have ever experienced. I wish I could pack them all up and bring them home with me to the USA where they would have been an example to our own nurses in how to give tender, loving care. I have never been taken care so well by nursing staff. They will be the most positive impression I will keep with me regarding this whole trip. |

Ms. Rekha Nair in International Patient Relations was of immense help to us. She assisted my daughter in obtaining changes to our airline seating and in cancelling our reservatons at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Her assistance was sincerely appreciated. |

Keep the positives: excellent nurses, doctors, and medical care. I believe then that you will deserve the reputation that John Hopkins enjoys in the United States. |
